Kx9 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Platform Usage Terms

Kx9 (referred to in this document as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online gaming & Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to use of the kx9.click website and mobile app.

By registering on or using kx9, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you object to any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account security is solely the user's responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. kx9 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on kx9:

All deposits must be made from an MFS account registered in your own name. Deposits made from another person's account may result in the funds being held or returned.

Kx9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms and validity period. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The wagering requirement (WR) for each bonus offer will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. This is typically 15x–35x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. If the same person creates multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games — not all games may count toward meeting the WR.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx9 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Operating an account under another person's identity or registering with false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
• Using software bots, automation scripts, or hacking tools to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to kx9's servers or network.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward other members.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.

Kx9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, particularly any activity listed under the Prohibited Activities section.
• If a KYC verification request goes unanswered within the specified timeframe.
• No account activity for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal.

• Step Two: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Step Three: Disputes will be mediated through a neutral third party agreed upon by both sides.

In the event of a dispute, kx9's server logs and data shall serve as the definitive record. All disputes will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Kx9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. At least 14 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
